An adult day training facility providing the following services: education, pre-vocation/vocational training, recreation programs, nutrition, community outings, special events, and activities of daily living skills for adults with developmental disabilities residing in Pike County 16 years of age and older.

Transportation is provided by the center's wheelchair accessible van, picking up and dropping off PCDC participants to and from the center.
